We are a Berlin-based innovation agency specialising in Intrapreneurship, hackathons, innovation strategy, and ecosystem building. Founded in 2018, the agile agency is run like a startup with a team of 10+ full-time and additional part-time and freelance experts. In the previous ten years of working in the startup ecosystem in Europe, the Startup Colors team has worked with over 2000 startups. We are a vivid supporter of international startup programmes such as German Accelerator, Techstars and EIT Health.
