As an R&D hub, DELPHIS supports social landlords in their activities to serve residents and territories. The association develops tools and methods to meet the challenges of social housing and contribute to improving professional practices and performance. Pôle de R&D, DELPHIS accompagne les bailleurs sociaux dans leur activité au service des habitants et des territoires. L’association développe des outils et méthodes pour répondre aux enjeux du logement social et contribuer à l’amélioration des pratiques et performances professionnelles. Fort de son engagement dans l’innovation sociale depuis plus de 30 ans, DELPHIS intervient dans trois domaines : la responsabilité sociétale des organisations, la qualité de service et la relation client, l’autonomie des publics fragiles.
Organisée en réseau, l’association réunit des bailleurs sociaux implantés dans toute la France. De la réflexion prospective à l’expérimentation, DELPHIS co-construit les projets avec ses membres.
L’association anime également des échanges autour des problématiques qu’ils rencontrent dans l’exercice de leurs métiers. Cette approche collaborative permet de concevoir des solutions concrètes et novatrices, adaptées aux besoins des acteurs engagés au quotidien au service de
l’intérêt général.
