Le réseau SYNAPSE est fait pour vous ! En effet il a pour objectifs :
- de faciliter les échanges entre animateurs locaux de démarches d’EIT, via des outils collaboratifs, des groupes de travail et des rencontres annuelles du réseau ;
- d’apporter des éléments de structuration et de savoir-faire aux membres du réseau, par la mutualisation et la mise à disposition d’outils (guides, veille, webinaires, etc.) ;
- de favoriser la capitalisation des retours d’expériences par une meilleure mise en visibilité des démarches d’EIT réussies basées sur leurs bénéfices : environnementaux, € et emplois ;
Il s’adresse donc prioritairement aux animateurs locaux de démarches d’EIT, qui peuvent être à la fois des animateurs en collectivités, en association d’entreprises ou zones d’activités, en chambres consulaires, en agence de développement économique, en syndicats de déchets, etc. ou encore des bureaux d’études mandatés par des collectivités pour animer leur démarche d’EIT. Doté d’un animateur national mandaté par l’ADEME, le réseau SYNAPSE vise à offrir aux animateurs EIT des outils leur permettant de mutualiser leurs connaissances et de recourir à «l’intelligence collective» du réseau.
Portail centralisateur de l’EIT en France, le réseau SYNAPSE s’adresse également aux autres acteurs impliqués dans l’EIT, qu’il s’agisse de chercheurs, bureaux d’études, collectivités et conseils régionaux, fédérations professionnelles, chambres consulaires, agences de développement économique, centres techniques, DREAL, etc.
