Connect a pour objectif de favoriser la transmission d’entreprises régionales afin de soutenir l’économie locale. De nombreuses PME régionales étant cédées à de grands groupes nationaux, l’ambition de Connect est de permettre à ces entreprises de rester régionales lors de leur transmission.
Connect a vocation à accompagner le projet de reprise des entreprises dans leur intégralité, l'accompagnement étant non seulement financier mais aussi humain et opérationnel.
Pour ce faire, et afin d’accompagner et d’animer l'acquisition, l'intégration et le développement des entreprises, Connect a mis en place une équipe dédiée à la gestion quotidienne et constituée de trois cellules : l’une se consacrant à la recherche d’opportunités, l’autre à la réalisation et à l'intégration des acquisitions et la dernière au soutien quotidien des entreprises.
