The purpose of this association is to:
Gather French structures whose object is to animate, mainly or accessory, an open manufacturing space (Fablab), participating in the international network of "Fablabs";
Represent its members with public authorities and administrations as well as other organizations in Europe and worldwide;
Provide support, advice and support to its members;
Communicate on the actions, achievements and benefits of the FabLabs network;
Allow Fablabs to get closer to pool resources, equipment, and develop projects in common.

Cette association a pour objet de :
Rassembler les structures françaises dont l’objet est d’animer, à titre principal ou accessoire, un espace ouvert de fabrication (FabLab), participant au réseau international des “FabLabs” ;
Représenter ses membres auprès des pouvoirs publics et administrations ainsi que des autres organisations en Europe et dans le monde ;
Apporter accompagnement, conseils et appui Ă ses membres ;
Communiquer sur les actions, réalisations et bénéfices du réseau des Fablabs ;
Permettre aux FabLabs de se rapprocher pour mutualiser des moyens, du matériel, et développer des projets en communs.
Pour autant, aucune des actions menées dans le cadre des missions précitées ne peut justifier l’ingérence dans le fonctionnement intérieur de ses membres.
