Le grand réseau hydraulique qu’il a créé et gère, en France, pour la Région Occitanie, composé de canaux, barrages, d’usines de potabilisation et de milliers de km de canalisations sous pression, alimente en été plus d’1 million de personne et la moitié des surfaces agricoles irrigués des départements littoraux de la région.
