    For 3 centuries, Lépine has been manufacturing surgical tools and instruments. Today, it is one of the main actors in orthopaedic implants research, manufacturing and distribution.

    Lépine works along healthcare professionals everyday by developing quality products, fit for their needs and meeting their patients' expectations.
    Our development has been centered around 2 approaches :
    - Attentiveness towards surgeons which allows us to improve new articular implants
    - Investment in other orthopaedic fields such as the osteosynthesis, upper limbs, rachis and ligamentoplasty

    The main part of our industrial and commercial activities is dedicated to the hip and the knee. Among other fields, the hand, the osteosynthesis and the splints are increasing

    Depuis 3 siècles, Lépine symbolise une lignée de fabricants de matériel et d’instruments chirurgicaux.

    Aujourd’hui, Lépine est un acteur majeur dans la Recherche , la fabrication et la distribution d’implants orthopédiques.
    Lépine accompagne chaque jour les professionnels de la Santé en développant du matériel de très haute qualité, adaptés à leur besoins et améliorant le confort des patients. Son développement s’est organisé autour de 2 axes :
    –Une écoute attentive des chirurgiens lui permettant de mettre au point de nouvelles gammes d’implants articulaires
    –Un investissement sur d’autres segments de la chirurgie orthopédique : ostéosynthèse, membre supérieur, rachis et plus récemment la ligamentoplastie.
    La plus grosse partie de l’activité industrielle et commerciale est dédiée à la hanche et au genou. Parmi les autres segments, la main, l’ostéosynthèse et les attelles sont en forte croissance.
