As an interprofessional employers' organization, MEDEF Artois has four main missions for its member companies:

Organisation patronale interprofessionnelle, le MEDEF Artois a quatre missions principales auprès de ses entreprises adhérentes :
1. Aider et conseiller sur de nombreuses thématiques, notamment juridique, RH et HSE
2. Soutenir et représenter auprès des élus et pouvoirs publics, notamment grâce à nos partenaires et au travers des 400 mandats territoriaux (Conseils des Prud’Hommes, URSSAF, Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie, ...)
3. Animer et informer par l’organisation de réunions d’informations et de conférences sur des thématiques variées et d’actualité.
4. Rapprocher et développer notamment via certains dispositifs (Relations Ecole Entreprise)
Le MEDEF Artois porte la voix de toutes les entreprises de son territoire, quelles que soient leurs tailles, en direct ou par le biais des différentes fédérations ou branches professionnelles adhérentes.
