Énergies Métropole est un service mis en place par la Métropole Rouen Normandie, en tant que coordinatrice de la transition énergétique sur son territoire et dans la continuité de la COP21 locale. Il vise à apporter une réponse effective aux objectifs fixés dans le Plan Climat Air Énergie Territorial.
Ce projet est cofinancé par l’Union européenne à travers le Fonds Européen de Développement Régional (FEDER) et la Région Normandie.
