L’association SMART AVENIR (association loi 1901) anime un Collectif local d’acteurs publics, privés et institutionnels.
Ce Collectif accompagne les acteurs du territoire dans la mise en œuvre de la transition énergétique et écologique et dans la décarbonation du bâtiment, via le dispositif SMART AVENIR, né à Marseille en 2017.
Ce dispositif est porté auprès des maîtres d’ouvrage, des gestionnaires de patrimoine, des collectivités, des aménageurs, des institutionnels et des exploitants. Il concerne les projets neufs et existants, des bâtiments résidentiels et tertiaires ainsi que les projets d’aménagement.
