The #PorElClima community was created to give relevance to actions against climate change, developed by people, companies, administrations and organizations that are already acting in favor of the climate.
The Paris Agreement has set a mandatory goal: that the increase in the average temperature on Earth remains well below two degrees by the end of the century compared to pre-industrial levels and even try to keep it at 1.5 °C. It comes into force on November 4, 2016, after having been ratified by more than 55 countries that cover more than 55% of global emissions.
We want to show that Spanish society is actively taking action from DAY ONE to comply with the Agreement. In the #PorElClima Community we are those who act to generate opportunities by fighting against climate change. Because there is reason for hope when we all act together and with a concrete objective: to make the Paris Agreement and our million commitments a reality that changes history.

Comunidad #PorElClima nace para dar relevancia a las acciones contra el cambio climático, desarrolladas por personas, empresas, administraciones y organizaciones que ya están actuando a favor del clima.
El Acuerdo de París ha marcado una meta obligatoria: que el aumento de la temperatura media en la Tierra se quede a final de siglo muy por debajo de los dos grados respecto a los niveles preindustriales e incluso intentar dejarlo en 1,5 °C. Entra en vigor el 4 de Noviembre de 2016, después de haber sido ratificado por más de 55 países que cubren más del 55% de las emisiones mundiales.
Queremos mostrar que la sociedad española se pone desde el DÍA UNO a actuar activamente para cumplir el Acuerdo. En la Comunidad #PorElClima estamos aquellos que actuamos para generar oportunidades luchando contra el cambio climático. Porque hay motivos para la esperanza cuando todos actuamos juntos y con un objetivo concreto: hacer del Acuerdo de París y de nuestro millón de compromisos una realidad que cambie la historia.
