Since 2019, Nour has been supporting social inclusion through yoga by working with vulnerable groups in social structures in France, to make sport and health accessible to all.

Nour in figures: A community of 200 expert teachers of inclusive yoga spread across 8 cities in France, 70 partners, and more than 300 beneficiary students per week.

Depuis 2019, Nour soutient l'inclusion sociale par le yoga en intervenant auprès des publics vulnérables dans les structures sociales en France, pour rendre le sport et la santé accessibles à tous.
Mais ce n’est pas tout ! On propose également des cours inclusifs et solidaires en entreprise pour découvrir le yoga de façon ludique et différente !
Inclusif, c’est-à-dire ? Les cours Nour sont adaptés à tous, toutes les morphologies, âges, sexes, conditions physiques, pathologies et handicaps.
Solidaire, c’est-à-dire ? Avec Nour, les entreprises contribuent à notre impact social pour permettre à nos bénéficiaires en situation de précarité de pratiquer à leur tour !
Nour en chiffres : Une communauté de 200 profs experts du yoga inclusif répartis dans 8 villes de France, 70 partenaires, et plus de 300 élèves bénéficiaires par semaine.
