Ce label de l’Etat, octroyé en 2017, donne un focus particulier sur les filières de l'informatique et de l'électronique.
En effet, de nombreuses entreprises n’arrivent pas à recruter, beaucoup d’institutionnels se sont emparés du dossier, et les organismes de formations du territoire créent ou font évoluer leurs cursus pour s’adapter au monde de demain.
Le CMQ IED est là pour accompagner entreprises, institutionnels et organismes de formation, en proposant des actions communes : établir et améliorer la carte de formation des métiers de l'informatique et de l'électronique, développer l’attractivité des métiers, expliquer aux professionnels de l’orientation et de l’insertion les formations et leurs débouchés, faire se rencontrer entreprises & organismes de formation, œuvrer à la réflexion sur la transformation sociétale (élève aujourd’hui, professionnel demain), et développer les relations à l’international.
