Assobenefit aims to contribute to the affirmation of a new economic model of sustainable development on the Italian territory based on the founding principles of benefit companies.
The Association:
• spreads knowledge of the 'B model', encouraging the birth and transformation of new Benefit Companies, monitoring and directing the innovative themes recalled by the presence of this new business entity, promoting the dissemination of good practices and the consequent legislative evolution;
• develops relationships and promotes common actions with similar national and international entities that pursue the same goals, in order to spread the principles of business sustainability of which the SB represent a complete model;
• promotes the affirmation and dissemination of good practices in the exercise of the provisions of the law establishing the SB also in the protection of the collective interests of the members;
• stimulates continuous improvement by the market and the correct application of corporate governance and measurement, control and reporting tools for SB;
• monitors the legislative interpretation implemented by the SBs and the study and research activities on the SBs by disseminating information and promoting the improvement of the legislation;
• communicates to its members new regulations, notices, etc.;
• promotes knowledge of the Italian SB model abroad through the network of Italian companies operating abroad, the Foreign Chambers of Commerce, the ICE and any other entity suitable for the purpose.Original language
Associazione nazionale per le società benefit
Assobenefit si propone di concorrere all'affermazione di un nuovo modello economico di sviluppo sostenibile sul territorio italiano basato sui principi costitutivi delle società benefit.
L'Associazione:
• diffonde la conoscenza del ‘modello B’, favorendo la nascita e la trasformazione di nuove Società Benefit, monitorando e indirizzando i temi innovativi richiamati dalla presenza di questo nuovo soggetto di impresa, promuovendo la diffusione di buone prassi e la conseguente evoluzione legislativa;
• sviluppa relazioni e promuove azioni comuni con analoghe realtà nazionali e internazionali che perseguano le medesime finalità , al fine di diffondere i principi di sostenibilità dell’impresa di cui le SB rappresentino un modello compiuto ;
• promuove l’affermazione e la diffusione di buone prassi nell’esercizio di quanto previsto dalla legge istitutiva delle SB anche nella tutela degli interessi collettivi delle associate;
• stimola il continuo perfezionamento ad opera del mercato e la corretta applicazione di governance aziendali e strumenti di misura, controllo e rendicontazione per le SB;
• monitora l’interpretazione legislativa attuata dalle SB e le attività di studio e ricerca sulle SB diffondendo le informazioni e promuovendo il miglioramento della legislazione;
• comunica alle associate le novità normative, bandi, etc.;
• favorisce la conoscenza del modello italiano di SB all’estero attraverso la rete di imprese italiane operanti all’estero, le Camere di Commercio Estere, l’ICE e ogni altro soggetto idoneo allo scopo.
