At IKOS, we believe that the international technology consulting market is characterized by the need for highly-trained specialists. Therefore, when we planted the seeds to start our company in 2005, we did so with two goals in mind, which today remain at the heart of our business:
• To provide technical assistance on our clients’ railway projects, alongside individually curated methods to enhance competitiveness and performance. Strategies have involved shortening the innovation cycle, integrating complex products and services, achieving faster time-to-market, and keeping our clients on the cutting edge of breakthrough new technologies.
• To provide a state-of-the-art, exceptional service that stands out from our competitors by offering our specialized expertise while having a local presence out in the field.
To support our expertise in the railway industry, IKOS developed a second focus in the energy sector. This expansion was born through IKOS providing strategic power supply solutions for the rail sector, after which other clients doing business in both the energy and rail industries began seeking expert advice as well. Today, IKOS is an esteemed knowledge hub for the energy sector, and our clients know they can count on us.

IKOS est un groupe de conseil spécialisé sur les secteurs du Ferroviaire et de l’Energie.
1600 ingénieurs sont aujourd’hui en projets dans le monde entier grâce aux 28 bureaux d'IKOS implantés en France, Espagne, Belgique, Allemagne, Suisse, Etats-Unis, Royaume-Uni, Italie, Canada, Suède, Maroc, Israël et Portugal.
Le développement d’IKOS s’est fait autour de deux axes :
• La spécialisation ferroviaire, notre passion et notre expertise depuis plus de 18 ans
• La volonté de développer un nouveau type de société de conseil à taille humaine concentrée sur les succès technologiques de nos clients et l’évolution de nos consultants.
Chez IKOS, nous pensons que ce qui fait la force d’une société de conseil en ingénierie, c’est le recrutement de ses ingénieurs consultants.
Depuis sa création en 2005, le développement d’IKOS a suivi deux objectifs qui restent au cœur de nos activités aujourd’hui :
• se concentrer sur les projets stratégiques des clients liés à leurs enjeux technologiques et impactant directement leur compétitivité et leurs performances. Parmi ceux-ci : réduire le cycle d’innovation, intégrer des produits et services de plus en plus complexes, maîtriser les nouvelles technologies, réduire le temps de mise sur le marché...
• offrir une nouvelle alternative de qualité alliant expertise et proximité et ainsi se différencier des autres acteurs dominant le marché.
Fort de son savoir-faire ferroviaire, IKOS a développé un deuxième pôle d’activité dans l’énergie : d’abord en intervenant sur des problématiques stratégiques d’alimentation dans le ferroviaire, puis en accompagnant des grands clients présents à la fois dans l’énergie et le ferroviaire.
Aujourd’hui, IKOS a développé un véritable centre d’expertises dans l’énergie qui devient une offre complémentaire à l’activité ferroviaire.
