Founded in the 1920s, Prigent & Associés is a regional planning consultancy which combines design, expertise and consultancy activities in order to provide global solutions to the development of projects, whether individual, real estate or territorial.
Located in Rennes, Saint Malo, Dinard and Dinan, our company made up of 35 employees is organized into 3 divisions:

Fondée dans les années 1920, Prigent & Associés est un bureau d’études en aménagement du territoire qui associe des activités de conception, d’expertise et de conseil afin d’apporter des solutions globales au développement des projets qu’ils soient individuels, immobiliers ou territoriaux.
Implantée à Rennes, Saint Malo, Dinard et Dinan, notre société composée de 35 collaborateurs est organisée en 3 pôles :
- un pôle urbanisme et aménagement (atelier d’urbanisme, bureau d’études techniques, infrastructure et bureau d’études environnement),
- un pôle foncier (géomètres experts et ingénierie foncière),
- un pôle gestion et expertise immobilière (gestion et expertise foncière et immobilière).
