Fervent militant des cultures du monde, des traditions et des modes de vie des peuples, le festival a toujours voulu rassembler (plus de 250 000 spectateurs au total) autour d’une programmation diversifiée et forte en émotions.
Le Festival d’Ambert est fort de 130 bénévoles qui œuvrent chaque année gracieusement pour offrir à un public émerveillé de fabuleux spectacles et également pour accueillir chaleureusement tous les artistes venus du monde entier.
