La Protection Sociale, une idée d'Avenir
Voulu comme un lieu de rencontres, de réflexions, d’échanges et de propositions, le CRAPS (Cercle de Recherche et d’Analyse sur la Protection Sociale) est indépendant de toutes attaches politiques, philosophiques et religieuses. Il a pour vocation opérationnelle de réunir les membres de la société civile les plus représentatifs, en favorisant les échanges sur ce qui est constitutif de notre pacte républicain à savoir, la Protection sociale. Le CRAPS entend répondre à la seule question qui déterminera l’avenir de ce patrimoine commun : « Comment concilier les exigences économiques avec les principes d’égalité et de solidarité sur la base d’une répartition équilibrée des richesses ? ». Notre think tank est donc un des rares lieux où la Protection sociale est appréhendée à travers toutes ses composantes : de l’Assurance Maladie à la Médecine de Ville en passant par l’Hôpital, la Famille, la Vieillesse, la Retraite, la Dépendance, le Handicap, l’Emploi, le Chômage, le Financement, la Formation Professionnelle, les Jeunes ou encore le Logement Social. Est-il besoin de souligner que cette quête serait vaine si elle n’était pas concomitante à notre conviction de renforcer le dialogue social. L’enjeu est primordial : il y va de la survie de notre pacte républicain, de notre modèle de société et donc de notre démocratie. La tâche est exaltante : participer à l’écriture d’une nouvelle page de l’histoire de la Protection sociale afin de renforcer les amortisseurs sociaux face aux conséquences dramatiques de la crise.
