    Leur catalogue, construit à partir de l’achat de droit auprès des maisons d’édition japonaises les plus prestigieuses (Square Enix, Kodansha, Shueisha, Shogakukan...), s’est ouvert depuis 2012 à la création de licences qui lui sont propres, que ce soit avec des auteurs japonais ou français. Une démarche renforcée avec la création d’un tremplin manga visant à dénicher les futurs mangakas français en 2014 et l’ouverture d’un bureau à Tokyo en 2015.

    Depuis leurs débuts, les éditions Ki-oon font figure de pionnier dans le défrichage de nouveaux segments éditoriaux visant à anticiper les mutations du lectorat manga. Cet esprit d’innovation se retrouve également dans l’expertise marketing déployée pour la promotion de leurs licences.
