Femmes en Mouvement was declared of general interest in September 2023.
A little history !
In 2015, Marie-Xavière Wauquiez, Elisabeth Oger, Marie Stéphan, Nathalie Ancelin, Véronique Haché, Claire Gervais and Pauline Depoorter organized the first global conference dedicated to mobility with 100% female speakers. The “Share Audacity” discussion day was organized to demonstrate that the small world of mobility already included many mobility experts and professionals. The 100% male stands to which we were accustomed were not inevitable!
Following this first successful event (26 speakers and around a hundred participants) we created the Loi 1901 association “Women in Movement” in 2015, we managed to set up a conference with 26 speakers.
Two years later, if exclusively male forums seem to be disappearing, mobility experts and professionals still only get a small portion of the significant speaking time devoted to this subject!
The objectives of our association are as follows:
Demonstrate that women have their place in this sector, that there are numerous talented experts and professionals who have all the legitimacy necessary to intervene on the subject.
Demonstrate that women act, innovate, acquire growing and winning leadership in a rapidly changing sector.
Create a cross-organizational network to promote the careers of women in the transport sector.

Femmes en Mouvement a été déclarée d'intérêt général en septembre 2023.
Un peu d’histoire !
En 2015, Marie-Xavière Wauquiez, Elisabeth Oger, Marie Stéphan, Nathalie Ancelin, Véronique Haché, Claire Gervais et Pauline Depoorter ont organisé le premier colloque mondial consacré à la mobilité avec 100% d’intervenantes féminines. La journée d’échanges « Partager l’Audace » a été organisée pour démontrer que le petit monde de la mobilité comportait déjà de nombreuses expertes et professionnelles de la mobilité. Les tribunes 100% masculines auxquelles nous étions habitué.e.s de fait n’étaient pas une fatalité !
Suite à ce premier évènement couronné de succès (26 intervenantes et une centaine de participant.e.s) nous avons créé l’association Loi 1901 « Femmes en Mouvement » en 2015, nous avons réussi à monter un colloque avec 26 conférencières.
Deux ans plus tard, si les tribunes exclusivement masculines semblent en voie de disparition, les expertes et les professionnelles de la mobilité n’obtiennent toujours qu’une portion congrue du temps de parole important consacré à ce sujet !
Les objectifs de notre association sont les suivants :
Démontrer que les femmes ont toute leur place dans ce secteur, que les expertes et professionnelles de talent sont nombreuses et ont toute la légitimité nécessaire pour intervenir sur le sujet.
Démontrer que les femmes agissent, innovent, acquièrent un leadership croissant et gagnant dans un secteur en pleine mutation.
Créer un réseau transversal inter-organisations pour favoriser les carrières des femmes dans le secteur des transports.
