Le principe ? Proposer à tous les vacanciers circulant en voiture, à moto ou en camping-car, une façon différente de consommer le voyage.
Les communes labellisées Village étape® ont la particularité d’être situées à proximité immédiate d’un axe routier national (5 minutes maximum) en proposant les mêmes services que sur une aire d’autoroute et bien plus encore :
- Facilité de parking, aire de pique-nique, aire de jeux, WC...
- Boulangeries, restaurants traditionnels, cafés, hôtel, tabac-presse, produits régionaux, pharmacies, station-essence...
Fini les aires de services saturées, les usagers de la route pourront apprécier le calme d’un petit village français et profiter de l’accueil chaleureux de ses commerçants.
